Hotel Operations Manager (junior)

Is organizing and connecting the Front Office and F&B departments right for you and do you get energy from optimizing the guest experience within our hotel? We are looking for someone with passion and love for hospitality and the Front Office and F&B departments. Being the link between the hotel's policy and implementation on the floor. You work closely with the General Manager and you manage the operational team through the supervisor, the Chef and other support functions. You will, in collaboration with this entire team, ensure the development and management of productivity, continuity and structure within the team.

What do we expect from you? Experience as a manager or supervisor and stability to bring this fantastic hotel with a great team to a professional operational level. An exemplary role in this is very essential. Providing on the job training and being visible to your team is a must. An eye for detail and for the people around you (both guest and employee) are our top priority. We like to work together to show in this way that there is control and equality.

You have a sense of humor and enjoy your work.
Work experience in the same position or you are ready for the next step in your Hospitality career.
Exchange services, day, evening, night, weekend and holidays are no problem for you.
Amsterdam is not an unfamiliar environment to you and you know where to find all the special places.
Ready to work in a hotel where we work together efficiently.
Proficiency in the Dutch and English language; if you master a third language, we like that.
